The Jackson Hole Travel and Tourism Joint Powers Board and the
Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce have pledged $70,000 to open Yellowstone
National Park. The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce is currently working with
Members and community partners to help buy-down the investment to open
Yellowstone on time and promote the news to potential visitors who are planning

The effort has gained local
and national attention. KIFI in Idaho Falls aired "Plowing begins on time
for Yellowstone's south entrance" on Tuesday evening. The segment featured
Chamber CEO/President Jeff Golightly and Chair Jim Waldrop. Find the video online!
Wyoming Office of Tourism is also working to
amplify the efforts and are running the Yellowstone or Bust Sweepstakes. Visit www.wyomingtourism.org/yellowstoneorbust
to guess the date and time when WYDOT and Yellowstone National Park plows meet
to be entered in the sweepstakes for a free iPad. The Chamber was on hand to thank the crews who got to work on Monday morning.
The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce represents more than 1000 businesses, nonprofits and affiliated organizations and is a partner in the Jackson Hole & Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center which is staffed by seven agencies.
