4th Annual Winterfest

The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the 4th Annual Jackson Hole Winterfest will be held Friday, February 14 through Sunday, February 23, 2014. Jackson Hole is truly a winter wonderland with many opportunities for enjoying the snowy days and long nights. Winterfest is a two week festival that brings these opportunities together. Many community organizations join together to present a series of events that delights winter enthusiasts who love to be out in the snow as well as those who prefer to spend their time beside a crackling hearth. Olga Pastukhova Wows Visitors with Customer Service

The Golden Spur was presented to Olga Pastukhova, Bank of the West Branch Manager, at the January Business Over Breakfast.

She was nominated by Johnny and Martha, visitors who found themselves virtually stranded after their credit card was compromised.

Martha explained, "She was our light and calm in the middle of the storm. Bank of the West and Jackson Hole are very blessed to have an individual as customer focused with a caring heart as Olga." 

The Golden Spur winner will receive a prize package of gifts from supporters of exceptional customer service in Jackson Hole - Judge Roy Bean's Old Time Photos, the Homewood Suites by Hilton or Lexington Inn & Suites, Jackson Bootlegger, and the Silver Dollar Bar & Grill.

2014 Winter Fest: Wine Tasting

The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce Membership Committee is pleased to announce that the Golden Spur was presented to Olga Pastukhova, Bank of the West Branch Manager, at Business Over Breakfast on Thursday, January 9. Olga was nominated by visitors, Johnny and Martha, who found themselves virtually stranded after their credit card was compromised.

Johnny and Martha were concluding their third visit to Jackson Hole from Alabama when they were alerted that their credit card was being illegally used in Florida and had to be cancelled immediately. It was the only card they had to cover expenses as they reached the end of their trip. When they found Bank of the West and Olga Pastukhova, Martha said, “We realized she was not going to stop working for us until we had the results needed to ensure that we made it back home. When you are as far away from home as we were and having the sense of urgency because our time frame was closing in you feel pretty vulnerable. Olga gave us the assurance she would get results, and she did.”

Martha concluded, “She was our light and calm in the middle of the storm. We were able to get funds and made it back to Alabama on our scheduled flight. Bank of the West and Jackson Hole are very blessed to have an individual as customer focused with a caring heart as Olga.”
