The Code of the West - Business Ethics & Leadership Training

Standing TallThe University of Wyoming College of Business and the Center for Cowboy Ethics and Leadership have joined forces to develop a leadership program which uses The Code of the West as its organizing concept. The goal of the training is for businesspeople to become principled leaders in their companies, industries, and communities at large.

The program consists of a half-day workshop designed mainly for owners and managers of small to medium-sized businesses or organizations. It will be held on Wednesday, April 11 from 9:00am-12:00pm at the Wort Hotel. The price to attend the session is $250 per participant. However, if a company sends more than one representative, each additional participant is $200.

Participants will enjoy a presentation lead by Wyoming College of Business personnel, as well as a number of professionally-produced video segments that complement the subject matter.

Attendees will also receive takeaway materials, including an "11th Principle" booklet and a DVD of the film: The Code of the West: Alive and Well in Wyoming. The session will conclude with a presentation of Standing Tall in an Upside-Down World certificates to all participants. The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce will be promoting and providing recognition to those businesses that complete this training.
