The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce Government & Community Affairs Committee has released the 2013 Legislative Summary of bills that are being supported, considered, and set aside. Click here to download the summary.

Supported legislation includes
  • HB 110: Off-road vehicle gasoline tax distribution-sunset. 
  • HB 111: Support changing the current regulation where sales tax is added to mandatory tips. 
  • HB 112: Support changing current regulations to allow management of restaurants to develop plans where servers share tips with other service support staff (bussers, host, and bar staff). 
  • Senate File 23: Challenge loan program-natural gas vehicle infrastructure. 
  • HB 44: Search and rescue donations.
