It’s Not Business as Usual

The Riverwind Foundation and the Jackson Hole & Yellowstone Sustainable Destination Program are excited to offer It’s Not Business as Usual – Integrating Sustainability in Your Business or Organization.

We are pleased that the instructors for our workshop are Julie Klein of Confluence Sustainability and Scott Steen of inSight Sustainability. The Sustainable Business Workshop series is designed to offer participants with easy to use tools and resources to begin their sustainability journey or further strengthen existing sustainability practices. This is the first in a series of four progressive workshops offered to local businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, students, and individuals that are supported by USDA and private grants.

It’s Not Business as Usual – Integrating Sustainability in Your Business or Organization will take place on November 18, 8 am to noon, at the Wort Hotel.  The cost to attend is $25.  Registration is limited.

Participants should expect to learn:
•  The scope of sustainability and why it is important now
•  Why sustainability policy and practices make good business sense
•  Sustainability and sustainability assessment, planning, and strategy
•  How to institutionalize sustainability best practice in a business/organization
•  Illustrations of best practice case studies

For more information or to register, please contact Tim O'Donoghue at riverwind@wyoming.com or (307) 690-3316.
